Just to put into perspective..
If you were to eat ALL of that fruit, not only would you probably not be able to finish, you’d be full! You’d feel great because of the real food being put into your body.
If you were to eat the fries, you would feel fat, bloated, tired, and NOT EVEN CLOSE to full.
**That goes to say, one should not just eat that as a meal. This is just to show you the amount of calories that is in the fries is A LOT for something that doesn’t fill you. **
Think about what you put into your body.
